Ren Hor Wong is the founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of N1 Holdings Limited (ASX: N1H), and has led the company since its inception in 2011.

In 2017 Ren led the transformation of N1 Holdings from a commercial loans brokerage into a direct private credit lender through the launch of its proprietary private credit fund.

Beyond N1 Holdings, Ren is an active investor, board director and consultant, advising companies and startups locally and internationally.

Ms He is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) with over 18 years' combined industry experience in accounting, finance and loans.

Ms He joined N1 Group in May 2014 and played a pivotal role in reshaping the organisation into an ASX-listed company. As CFO and executive director, she is responsible for the group's financial, tax, reporting and board functions. She is also the Responsible Manager of N1's Australian Financial Services Licence and oversees its compliance and operation.

Ms He is a founding member of the Association of Chinese Accountants Australia. She holds a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University and is an ATO registered tax agent holding a Public Practice Certificate.

Frank Ganis has over 40 years' domestic and international experience in banking and finance.

Before retiring from full-time executive work in 2017, Mr Ganis spent 28 years at Macquarie Group, including 17 years as an Executive Director. He held a broad range of board and chair roles for Macquarie's domestic and international subsidiaries and was a member of various regulatory and credit committees.

Mr Ganis serves as a board member of a number of ASX and private companies and holds various industry advisory roles. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Mr Holmes has over 32 years' experience in the financial services industry, having held senior roles in the UK and Australia.

He was Head of Mortgage Credit for Citibank UK before becoming COO at Preferred Mortgages, one of the first non-conforming lenders in the UK. In August 2000 he moved to Australia as one of the founding executives of Pepper Money, where he served as COO and Global Head of Credit, responsible for credit policies across Australia, Ireland and South Korea.

Anand Sundaraj is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years' experience and a principal of Sydney-based law firm Sundaraj & Ker. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for listed and privately held entities, and advises on funds management, securities law, listing rule compliance and corporate governance.

He has worked at Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy, and at Credit Suisse AG. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria.
